The ZRT Light Bar Bracket Assembly wasn’t originally designed as a retail product.

It was developed for New England’s 24-Hour off-road race, where equipment is pushed continuously through night riding, rough terrain, crashes, vibration, and fatigue. In that environment, mounts don’t just need to work — they need to survive.

The bracket system was tested under race conditions, run through the night, and repeatedly subjected to impacts, roost, and constant vibration. The results spoke for themselves: the brackets stayed tight, protected the light, and held position when lesser mounts would fail.

After seeing how well the design performed in real race conditions, we decided to put it into production exactly as it was run.

No redesign. No compromises.
